On current stable my downloads now constantly flicker between “downloading -> updating -> starting download” and repeat. The download still works, but something is going wrong with the UI.

I ordered the steam deck on November 9th and it hasn't arrived yet. The package arrived in Italy on November 12th and now 9 days have passed where I know nothing. Steam support doesn't give me any useful feedback except that they are checking and be patient. They only answer my ticket at 1 am while I'm sleeping. Not sure why they wouldn’t include it as a permanent item, it sold out in 4 minutes here in Australia and support told me they have no plans to restock it. Seems like a poor business decision to me. And of course as someone who missed, I’m a bit frustrated :/...
