Anyone else unable to get past the logo? All I get is a white screen after the 'Outright games' logo pops up, doesn't allow me to do anything.

Hi My son was playing this game, he did all the events and got the achievements, but he could not trigger the Potato city one, We've tried several things: Entering at Peppa's house from forest, entering after going to the museum, and more, but it do not appear.
