Release Window and Steam Next Fest

We're excited to finally announce a release window for Slime Heroes!

Prepare your hero for their adventure coming Q1 2025!

To celebrate there will be a "Race to defeat Silva" competition on Friday October 18, starting around 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM EDT on the Whitethorn Twitch[www.twitch.tv] and the Slime Heroes Steam Page - it will be 3 back -to-back playthroughs where creators will compete for the fastest time to beat Silva without any modifiers!

We will also be live during Steam Next Fest from October 14 - 21st with a new demo update:

👀 Get a look at the first area of the game
🧢 Equip some cool hats with bonus buffs
🧩 Uncover a puzzle room
⚔️ Test your skills against a powerful boss
🎮 Try out couch co-op mode

PC temps?

My PC runs hotter playing Slime Heroes than playing Visions of Mana on max settings both capped at 144 fps. I'm totally down with more simplistic choices for the graphic art style, especially if it fits the game, but I can't help to draw a connection between the art style/graphics and the insanely ridiculous stress it puts on the pc due to the lack of optimization. Art style, cool, but don't use it to as a get-away to neglect optimization to such an absolutely insane level. It's not like the game drops in...

Beta Testers Wanted!

We need beta testers!

We are looking for beta testers to play through all of Slime Heroes over the course of two weeks. Some information about the game and your time commitment as a tester:

Estimated playthrough time: 14 hours
Beta Test length: 2 weeks
Tester Age: 18 [years old] or older
Embargo/NDA: Must be willing to sign an NDA, game's contents are confidential
Must report bugs and feedback to the designated Beta Tester Discord Channels

I played the demo for a bit. Cute, fun little game. However, I could only get so far because the way the camera jumped, zoomed in/out and moved around was not enjoyable; it was uncomfortable to look at and watch, plus it make camera angles awkward sometimes. It also ended up making me motion sick real quick. It takes a lot for me to get motion sick from a game and is rare; I only made it a little ways past the breakable wall past the village before I had to quit. Question about the demo

Is the demo supposed to end at the Projectile Shrine? I can't find anywhere else to go and it's not very clear if this is the end of the demo. I was looking forward to encounter a boss fight. The game seems fun and love the look of it,

Having problems as Non-Host in Coop

- Slime Appearance didn't reflect the slime I created + any hats I got didn't show. I was just a simple light blue slime. - After leaving the first dungeon area with the old green mushroom guy at the door, enemies were invisible and going back in and out of the dungeon didn't fix it....
