I'm liking this game a lot (playing on gamepass atm) but I just don't understand where the progression lies. Yes, I can permanently buy a 'chance' to get a new weapon or spell with knowledge but it's a rare drop in a new run. I can add modifiers (the best I've seen so far is start with one extra potion). I killed the first boss got his greatsword, died, and I've never seen that weapon again even with his encounter modifier always on. Yes I use Soap to multiply the potions but I die and they're gone. I'm conflicted by this game. On one had it looks cool. On the other hand it's being published by "You deserve better" Superhot.

I just beat a boss at the end of the first city level and the flames they use to block you into a boss fight.........they never went away when I killed her. So now I am just stuck. Is there any way out of this situation, and is being stuck after a boss fight like this a common occurrence in this game (if it is I am going to uninstall it as I dont want to put up with this ♥♥♥♥!)...

Almost instantly put my eyes on this game upon steam upload....the demo was fun and now that the game has released i was wandering....how Much content Is there.....the price range Is higher than what traditional roguelikes/roguelites go for....so i was debating on buying Based on content and replayability that to me Is the leading factor justifying a higher price tag...
