there hasn't been an update all year but the game suddenly costs twice as much. why?

Any plans to add achievements and/or trading cards? I could easily picture some really cute cards and emoticons for this game and some fun Christmas-themed achievements to do would be a neat little addition. :)

I play on a TV with 1920x1080 resolution and everything looks too smal I can't even play without losing sight. Is there a way to change the res to something smaller? Thanks

How do i get this ingedience? The game says Spun Sugar is to find in snow, but i have mined so many snow and don't have any Spun Sugar. Same for the wax, it should be in in Chocalate, but i don't get any. Dose it make a difference which tool i use to destroy the Chocolat and snow? Do i get a fishing rod or something for getting Saltwater Taffy?...

I got only a dark blue screen with the mouse pointer and music.
