On steam wrc 10 page, Shared/splitscreen feature is not available. Is that feature removed?

Since this morning we’ve received reports of some of you having issues with Thrustmaster Steering Wheels, The KT Racing team is currently working on a patch to resolve that problem. I only played 7 so far

Dear Drivers, Following the release of WRC 10 we’ve kept a close eye to the feedback you’ve given us through the game’s different channels. We’ve already applied hotfixes on PC version of the game to address some of the most critical issues such as the incapability with Thrustmaster peripherals, FFB, cases of crashes and more. Whenever I tried to go online daily challenge for single stage, it says ''Connection Error: An error occurred with the WRC 10 server'' even the internet connection is good. So, is it mean that their servers are down at the moment?
