As for your suggestions:
We're looking into ways to better find your own character, it gets a little more complicated when you have multiple local players. There is a bit of a balance here to keep, as some of the "skill" of this game is being able to make sense of the chaos :)
Do you have a preferred keyboard later that you may suggest? Right now you can change your keyboard keys in the customization menu to whatever you'd like.
The powerups and modify-arrs are all explained in the options book when you are in a local or private match. Each has a description that talks about what they can do. We can look into putting this information on the main menu as well!
I suggest to interact with mouse buttons, right click for grabbing or putting out your swowd and left for interacticng. For movement, W to jump, A D to move left and right and S to go down in the platforms, and also the same but with directional arrows. If you want to keep all imputs in the keyboard and not use the mouse, you could do space and shift, shift for the sword and space for interacting. This is much more intuitive because of the actual standards of controls in games. Anyways those are just suggestions, feel free to improve my feedback in anyway you like.

We are looking into having Left and Right click as inputs, so that may be something available in the future.
