Yo this game is fun
This game is amazing, please, promote it, give keys to content creators like YouTubers or Streamers, make this game famous or at least try it, because this game has SO MUCH POTENTIAL to become the next great hit. This game mixes a arcade and fun mode with a strategy and competitive game, and it does soooo good. The pirate ambientation is perfect, the pixelart it's BEAUTIFUL, I haven't had so much fun since a long time. You did a pretty good in making this game free for a limited period, if you could do this again at any moment (when the developer team sees it convenient) this would attract so much public.

Anyways, there are some things I wanted to point out: It's hard to find yourself in the middle of the action sometimes, so if you could make the letters of your nick, green, for example, this could make finding yourself a lot easier.

Keyboard controls are a kinda a mess honestly, I was kucky to have a controller, but interacting with J, por example, it's not a good choice (this is my just my opinion, but I think most people would agree with me).

Also, it's not explained what every powerup do, or at least I don't know where it's explained, still don't know what's the beer for, for example. You should explain it via tutorial or a in game book with fancy and cool pixel art drawings.

Devs, don't abandon this game, this is a pretty good project, you have my honest positive review and I will talk wonders about your game to my friends.

Thank you so much for your support! We're focused on porting to consoles currently, and are hoping that will bring in many more players when that happens. The best thing you can do right now is to share it with your friends and family!

As for your suggestions:
We're looking into ways to better find your own character, it gets a little more complicated when you have multiple local players. There is a bit of a balance here to keep, as some of the "skill" of this game is being able to make sense of the chaos :)

Do you have a preferred keyboard later that you may suggest? Right now you can change your keyboard keys in the customization menu to whatever you'd like.

The powerups and modify-arrs are all explained in the options book when you are in a local or private match. Each has a description that talks about what they can do. We can look into putting this information on the main menu as well!

I saw the guide of the powerups, really cool btw!

I suggest to interact with mouse buttons, right click for grabbing or putting out your swowd and left for interacticng. For movement, W to jump, A D to move left and right and S to go down in the platforms, and also the same but with directional arrows. If you want to keep all imputs in the keyboard and not use the mouse, you could do space and shift, shift for the sword and space for interacting. This is much more intuitive because of the actual standards of controls in games. Anyways those are just suggestions, feel free to improve my feedback in anyway you like.

When it comes to controls, we've found that most people have their own preferences and likes / dislikes. For example, many enjoy a dedicated jump key that is not the same as "up", but others swear by having up as jump as well. So our approach has been to include Keyboard customization options, so that you can choose whatever you'd like :)

We are looking into having Left and Right click as inputs, so that may be something available in the future.
I concur - this is pretty fun :)
