Not much to say. Dead as far as EA is concerned. Knew about it but got it as part of a bundle or cheap or something. Don't recall since it was a while ago. All you can do is play the tutorial.

It's strictly multiplayer and all the servers have been taken offline. I mention this separately because even though I have heard of people making their own servers, I don't really have the time or patience for multiplayer to sweat my balls off or focus on the latest meta. Why companies don't bother making semi competent bots and a basic campaign is beyond me. It adds a bit more flavor and lets you learn the ropes before going into the game with real people. They might have their reasons but I'm not giving points for that.

Anyway, I'm ranting too much and not sure what else can be said considering you can't even buy it. But if you are really intent on playing it, there might be ways around it all. As for me, I have stated why I don't care.
