I have everything selected but no matter how many times I click the cauldron nothing happens...Am I doing something wrong?

Is anyone else having issues with the 1st garden that grows; the rose, lavender, chamomile, and rosemary? i water it but the next day over half are not growing or registering that i have water them.

Anyone know why I can't play on my steam deck? I can't click on anything and I'm stuck in the beginning when you're creating your character 🤷‍♀️ Any help would be greatly appreciated.
