Are they planned? Game looks cool btw.

Can anyone tell me what the rules are for that "minesweeper" section? I thought the numbers were how many bombs are in nearby squares, but that's not the case. Am I even supposed to go to the top?

I finished two prologues, restarted the game but it let me to start only a new game.

I notice in the prologue things are in reverse but the text is readable in game.
