Hello Rod!
While Wargaming does issue refunds in some cases, they would not refund his "full account", as he described it. They often refund purchases if the item purchased has not yet been spent/exhausted, for instance: If you purchased 3000 gold, then wanted a refund for that, Wargaming would issue you the refund as long as you didn't spend any of the gold. Similarly, if you purchased premium time, you would likely be issued a refund if you made a request for one the same day, at most the day later. But in no way is Wargaming obligated to issue refunds for someone's "full account", implying every purchase one has made in the history of their account. Henry likely wanted to know if he could be refunded for things like premium vehicles he purchased years ago, but that is simply not possible, as he has been benefitting from those purchases for years. The same thing applies for any other type of old purchase. Let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll be happy to assist.
Hello
It’s literally in the EULA 15.3 you will be refunded and your account terminated. Someone posted the Eula on Reddit. Doesn’t he mean this? Or a normal refund?
I'm not sure what you're talking about. The Wargaming End User License Agreement point 15.3, is as cited:
"As a Tester, you are invited to use the tested Content and Products for the sole purpose of evaluating such Content and Products and identifying errors, without granting you any rights or privileges of any kind with respect to the tested Content and Products. The tested Content and Products are provided free of charge for testing on an “as is” basis and we make no warranty to you of any kind, express or implied."
It's unrelated to refunds. Furthermore, every purchase made is a contract. The End User License Agreement clearly states that the right of withdrawal from a contract (only available in some countries) is 14 days. After this time period is over, Wargaming is not obligated to issue a refund for any purchases made. Additionally, the Termination section of the EULA describes how every purchase made with a Wargaming account is linked to that account, and that the termination (deletion) of the account will not result in the refunding of any purchases made in the account's history.
I wish I could find it then i don’t believe someone posted a fake Eula but there was a section I read on terminating accounts and wargaming will refund you the value of what you would of had or something along these words it basically seems to say if you terminate the account you can get some payment from wargaming,
It was months ago maybe a year ago I seen this posted on Reddit.
