I meant the above seriously, Bara Fans need to have something for themselves, but I also would enjoy seeing more yuri.
But the fact is it's a niche, and most female-aimed products and media tend to be shafted or cynically produced cash grabs. The indie scene has helped but the issue is there really is just not much money to be made there and not as large of an audience in general.
I don't have anything against it in principle, but it may be a tough sell on Steam. With people running around and screaming about wokeness and all.
So yeah, it just comes down to risk vs reward.

Like many things, less an issue of "culture wars" and more "business incentives" than anything else.
They are there, but I think they want something closer to a Persona with lesbian relationships, or a hack and slash like this with dating sim elements. I want to fight with my girlfriends and save the world together, and I find pure visual novels not that inetresting.
