Was recommending this to a micless friend and it turns out its not available anymore, why?

I got this on the recommendation of a friend, and... I have no idea how to set it up. Worse, it doesn't seem to have any instructions that I can find, and the Discord has all of three people on it. I don't know if the original creator is even around anymore. All the comments are from 2022 or earlier. Can someone point me in the right direction if there is one?...
