In his text he cites the Citadel DLC which obviously narrows it down to Mass Effect 3.
Yeah once I got past the first instance it wasn't too bad. Killing clone is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous though. Woman and him both charge me and instantly take out my shield. On top of that they're moving at 3 times the normal speed? Idk if it's intended but they're sped up so much it looks like a bug.
Edit: for ♥♥♥♥ sake I've already been disliking this dlc because it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid and they pull a oh you can't kill them because er lol you need this cutscene to trigger!
What the ♥♥♥♥? Killing clone has gotta be the worst ♥♥♥♥ ever. I'd rather nail my balls to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chalkboard.
This DLC is literally one of the highlights of my play through. To each their own I guess. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
I suppose they had to give her enough plot armor to survive through to the cutscenes at the end.
Now I have to consider playing andromeda
Well...I wouldn't consider it too hard, but of course, YMMV
Scripting isn't always a bad thing. It allows a story to be told. You miss out on a lot, if she had died prior to the post fight confrontation. You can kill her there, if that's really what you want to do, but there were important things that happened. Clone Shepard has to look at her, and realize she's not Ride-or-Die with him, like Shepard's crew is.
It also allows your chance to do the paragon or renegade interrupts as she's attempting to break free of her cuffs.
In short, it all added to the story. This game isn't Call of Duty. It's much more story driven, as you've learned. That's not really a bad thing. Squadron 42 looks like it's going to be very story driven, but we will have to wait until 2026 to know for sure how well they did that. From the Prologue they showed last month, it looks like it's going to be an amazing blend of story telling, and action game play.
