Last night I was playing Emhari's route with Inaya, I exited without saving (because I already got the ending and was done for the night). I'm honestly not sure if that has any relevance, but the real issue is that the screen goes black after the intro. I rebooted a couple times, uninstalled, and reinstalled, but the main menu doesn't pop up anymore. I was hoping I could resolve the issue on my own but I honestly have no idea what I can do. Menu loads perfectly fine but the moment I try to actually play the dating route part the screen goes blank

I can't get past the loading screen - it goes to a black screen, is there anyone that can help me with this? I bought a game that I can't even play :/ I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even repairing the game and nothing works.
