When will Project X launch? Is there a specific year?

I'm a little stuck and would appreciate some help! So, getting medals in this game unlocks concept art just like in the first. But... I can't seem to get the last medals for the very last page? I got all of the medals in the main campaign, I beat the game on all difficulties, I beat Clea's quest on Dark and Chaos, I got all endings for the story and Clea's quest... so I'm quite stumped. I haven't played Arcade or War Maiden mode yet. Is that why I'm missing the last medals? I'm quite the completionist whe...

I got all the achievements but Clea 2 isn't in my Perfect Games list...
