Doing coop in the DLC is just not fun because of Scadutree Fragments
In the base game, if the host is absolute dogwater with 2 braincells and not exploring the game, at least your character is still as good as you made it.

In the DLC, you get summoned and get 2-shot by bosses because the host has a blessing level of 3 or something, just rushing through the DCL getting hard-carried by summons from start to finish. I refuse to believe people got to Romina while doing 700 damage with the Darkmoon Greatsword, with proper build and blessing it should do almost double that damage. As a result you end up having the most unfun time in the DLC having to heal after every hit due to the lack of blessing resistance. And latency makes the Deflecting Hardtear impossible to use to add to the boringness of the whole thing.

Scadutree blessing should work as level or weapon upgrade to match you with people.

That was my rant of the night after watching 4 hosts getting one-shot by the boss after dealing no damage whatsoever.

Imagine my pain whenever I get summoned in for P-Knight, just to watch the host die as I'm dropping down to assist them.

i felt like that when the DLC first released, it's a little better today but the connection errors are still pretty awful too. and yeah i don't know why so many players have low shadow levels going into Romina, have seen way too many hosts with 8 or less blessing levels for her

Because "Scibidi Blessing system is stoopid, I refuse to get involved with it!!!"

That was my favorite boss in the dlc and I thought Id get hours of fights out of him, but that aspect completely ruins it and I gave up sunbroing him pretty quickly. An unforgivably stupid design choice imo.

By his description sounds more like inexperienced players but you re right, it s pretty likely trolling summoning is just another thing that amuses adolescents (not necessarily anagraphically)

I could see inexperienced players at the beginning of the game, but I would think some experience would have worked its way into a player by the time they hit the DLC content, especially since it is so unforgiving. He has to have run into some type of experienced players, but that isn't what his statement claims, and that is why I feel it's probably trolls. It's unfortunate, but it is sadly part of the community in ER.

How sad an individual one must be to go and completely ruin hundreds of hours of effort. These are the sort of people that makes you wish you could have a 1v1 in RL, no doubt in my mind.
