I am currently in world 4, and when I get hit the screen starts flashing alternating from the game to a black screen and after a while it becomes just black. The game is still working, I can hear the music, and if I move the cat taking damage from the spikes is hearable. It never happened in the previous worlds, and I don't know how to solve this....
