Says an error occurred while updating Overstep (missing executable). I just downloaded it, never opened and played before.

Game literally killed my PC, how do I contact the developers?

So on loading up this game, it immediately spiked my i7-7820X to 100% usage and melted it, and now I have to buy a new $600 cpu. I am 100% sure that there was nothing on my computer that could have caused this and I am extremely mad that I have to drop $600 because of this game. I am very interested in this game concept, and don't want to hate on it, which is why i didn't write a review, but I would like other people to be aware of this.
