Preventing OPCOM retaking objectives?
When running locally persistent missions, is it possible to dynamically prevent commanders from retaking select objectives? Purpose of this would be, in a PvE mission, to enable players to make persistent progress against an occupying commander.

Server save and exit between missions doesn't seem to help.
