You could put Thema AS a folder in your server and change it.

Extract it with gmad and then you have the folders.

Modyfing it like that only works temporarily for me. I modify the files, but as soon as I restart the server it goes and uses the default dmg/fire rate etc

Maybe you still have it in yoir Collection? Modifying works fine for me so it could be just a Server Problem.
