I know it may look imbalanced, but i really want some new wrench with similar stats.
this isn't a bad idea! i was thinking of maybe it would shock on attack.
but 75% reduced damage
Stats:
-10% build speed
-15% damage
+15 radius (So, like a long reaching wrench)
Builds up charge as you build:
One charge is full, press reload button to activate +50% health (overheal if full) and a temporary JOLT effect, making your enemys catch on fire, and die as if they were shot with pompson/ cow mangler 6000
This is completely arguable, reply to post what you think needs changing, or scrapping the idea alltogether
