+50 metal (250 max metal)
+20% attack speed
- 90% dmg
I know it may look imbalanced, but i really want some new wrench with similar stats.

this isn't a bad idea! i was thinking of maybe it would shock on attack.

Maybe it puts a particle effect and disables cloak and/or disguise for a few seconds?

Or maybe it will remove sapper with just one hit and have -30-40% damage. Also possible minicrit vs disguised/invisible player.
So, instead of spamming MEGA ULTRA EPIC, heres what I think...
Stats:
-10% build speed
-15% damage
+15 radius (So, like a long reaching wrench)
Builds up charge as you build:
One charge is full, press reload button to activate +50% health (overheal if full) and a temporary JOLT effect, making your enemys catch on fire, and die as if they were shot with pompson/ cow mangler 6000

This is completely arguable, reply to post what you think needs changing, or scrapping the idea alltogether

+30% Faster Construction Rate
-50% Repair Rate
-50% Upgrade Rate
-75% Damage vs. Player

+Builds a sentry able to cling on walls
-Sentry has 50% health

-Critical hits do no damage

On disguised spy kill + 50 health (can overheal)

- stun for 5 seconds
- 50 damage
- no healing for 5 seconds
- marked for death for 5 seconds
On hit: next source of damage to player hit is a crit
On miss: crit hit self (does not apply later crit)
