Level 9 super
I think characters with full level 9 supers are swag. so I had to give sans one, it would probably be something where once you hit it, the enemy is teleported mid air, and 9 to 10 gaster blasters spawn all around them, kindof like in sans' final attack, except they all spawn and shoot at once. Or i suppose if you can figure out how to keep the character in place while getting shot, you could make it so its exactly like the final attack, with the blasters appearing and firing one after another. This is a great idea and you should totally add this to bonehead :D!

Could also something like the fakeout attacks that sans does towards the end. What if you had to grab with the soul first and THEN activate it by putting them into one of those, being freely able to cancel it if you want to so you can either cause massive damage or bait an attack for a combo.

saw this idea in the comments, where sans floods the ground with bones and gives himself and the enemy platforms to fight on, and tbh i kinda love that idea. as long as the bones hurt both players ofcourse (just give sans an advantage, but still be able to get hurt). like srsly, I have never seen a character in yomi that can modify the stage itself and I think it'd be cool as sh!t.

or possibly a bad time where his attacks damage are multiplied for a certain amount of time or frames if you will

Yeah maybe a bad time mode if he hustles at 9 super, which gives him maybe 6 turns where telekinesis always hits but does not deal damage nor stun, and maybe a buff to blasters, maybe autododge, maybe better frame data or maybe multiple new attacks like how ronin can use alternate attacks.

he should use his ultimate attack : he start sleeping (wich do something like healing him or just nothing)

There is a character called necro knight that is honestly really slow and clunky but they are tanky and have really powerful supers, one of these transforms the stage by putting massive walls on both sides of the character that damage characters that are pushed into it while also pushing them into the center of it, essentially making a smaller arena with dangerous walls.
bad time like the other guy said but instead of increased damage you should be able to auto dodge but you get 1 hp for example you use an attack to early you able to be hit but you have a bonus attak that you need to blue soul for that will bash around the enemy but unlike undertale he wont lose his breath and instead you throw him on the ground stick them in a bone and blast them and they get hit until they are at 1 hp but they have auto block and then its a fair battle until yeah thank you for hearing me out :D

maybe keep it simple? the blaster wheel would be a good 9
he should trap them in bone prison and they just have to sit there forever, i think this would make sans a balanced mid tier
im rly late but i cooked up an idea
itd be like his blue soul level 1 thing except it flings them to the walls and ceiling like the very end of his pre-ultimate attack

note, the damage is kind of mid but you can fling them 10 or so times
you can fling them up, down, left, right, center them in the middle of the stage (which might be a pain to code tbh) , or end it (for some reason)

if its used to kill then maybe itd return them to the middle then sans would fall asleep and they die
