when i spawn the first apc it owrks fine but when i spawn another one it just sits there and fires rockets

and this is the error message i get

i did it still wont work after i delete the first apc and and spawn a new one and while the first one is driving around i get this error message

the addon hasn't updated for you yet seemingly, it will probably start working some other time when you launch gmod

it updated but it still wont move

i only get the errod when it fires its machine guns

Idk what is happening for you, try disabling your addons. If that doesn't help I can't help you.

the only addon i have is the gmod 12 weapon view models
