make the team colour consistent
on BLU, it has a yellow stripe, but for RED the strip is gone? I think this should be changed so the cosmetic is more consistent.
or it have an style, one with the stripe and one without.

Valve is mostly likely to blame, it was fine in the End of the Line short, the BLU team didn't had the yellow stripe: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/5/53/Pyro_polar_Fleece_EoTL.png

The yellow stripe matches the stripe on Pyro's grenades, I wouldn't be surprised if Valve thought the paintability was for the grenades and not the cosmetic's "ends".
