There isn't any

You can kill him with the teleporter to pap or by knifing around 10 times

I got what I think is a visual glitch. Visually hes laying down in front of the box spazzing out.
But hes hitting me in places where I have no line of sight. So I'm asssuming his texture and his hit box are in different places actually.

kill him by knifing 10x, teleporter, ive had my deadwire kill him too
