Medieval Siege Bug
Didn't see where to report any bugs so I'll just leave a forum post here.

When a medieval faction (the orange one) started a siege at my base instead of using the catapult they instead got drop pods to build a mortar and an artilarry, and once they where done building both they recieved no shells and just stod at their spot until I attacked, they where also all mellee paws but I'm don't think that was a bug.

yeah same thing
I think this faction seems to be broken overall. They can't siege properly, they have very weak weapons and armor, and their traders are probably the worst traders since they trade very little and it's not even useful stuff.

Posted a possible solution in the comments, it may be possible that your mod has the wrong load order. Moving the faction mod to the VERY END of all the vanilla expanded mods seems to have fixed the issue for me.

I have the same bug, but I'll try the fix!
Tried the fix, it made cobblestone walls glitchy, texture not working and the walls requiring wood now too

I figured it out! Put the VFE Core mod right under Core, and then this mod right under it. It works!
Doesn't work for me, for some reason changing the order doesn't work anymore. Ever since they updated the mod a couple of months ago the bug came back

for me and others the vanilla fishing expanded mod caused the siege bug to occur, unsubscribing should fix sieges
It seems to depend on what other mods you have, Fishing Expanded does not affect sieges at all, but Faction Control does have an effect and removing it fixed the bug for me.

I've noticed another bug, but I think it's a graphic glitch: many of my colonists seem to be wearing a tabard when, in reallity, none of them are.
