A. This mod will work on every version of the game even if the mod selector says it is outdated unless paradox changes something big with the engine.

A. No

Q3. What does this mod actually do?
A. It makes the game go a lot faster for Potato pc's by reducing graphics and 3d effects and also lowering the trigger for the lag timer on MP.

Q4. Does this work with x mod?
A. 99% of the time yes. Still enable it as you will most likely see benefits + its a really lite mod that only changes background stuff.
