Strange that I was never notified about this post. 2 things - sometimes when you unsubscribe from an addon, it's actually still in your addons folder and can still conflict with things. Start by double checking that folder and deleting possible conflictions. Next, after you are subscribed to this, restarting Steam will usually get it working. Last resort is to subscribe, unpack the .gma and manually put the textures into GMod.
