In this gamemode, using this APC will sometimes cause people to have the black screen issue. Though it will change. Some will be able to drive the APC, but if they go into the gunners seat, everything goes black.

Sounds like the game mode/another mod is hijacking CalcView and preventing the APC from doing its job.
