TER Radar Module with a Turret

Опис
Add a terran radar module "Eye of Terra" with a turret.

!!!!! Only works with 7.5 beta now, because radar module is a new addition of the beta !!!!!

!!!!! Do NOT use with MSAA !!!!!

* Both module and turret blueprints available at TER.
* TER WILL use it in its core sectors. And build it on newly constructed defense stations with a small but non-zero probability.
* The turret is VERY powerful.
* You need to turn on "distortion" in graphics settings for the turret effect to be properly displayed.

Did not expect the turret to one-shot an Asgard. Pretty cool!

@Archaon No. Probably not a problem of your mod list, but rather a beta thing.

I managed to reproduce your problem in v7.1. Since radar module is a new thing added in the 7.5 beta, I should have expected that it will have issues with v7.1.

Just checked in a new game but cannot replicate the problem. I can see the radar module and turret properly, and buy the blueprints for both from the TER representative.

The radar module is classified as "Other module" when buying blueprints.

The turret appears in game and can be seen in blueprints, but the module does not.
