ESG Mod - 1.6

Description
Official mod to test upcoming changes to ESG 1.6.

1.6 is stable, but changes may not be fully implemented (may be missing full functionality) and may not be localized. We are releasing the mod over time so that we can gather community feedback before the mod's final release.

Do not use this mod in combination with Community Fixes, they are incompatible and do largely the same things.

Another things I noticed:
1) Enhanced "Dense Athmosphere" anomaly in SimulationDescriptors[Anomaly_Enhanced] file still gives +2 Food, as if regular.
2) Umbral Choir has been changed to start as Scientist, but unlike Unfallen (who were broadly converted to to Ecologist), pop traits weren't changed for UC.
So, unless it's deliberate, I propose that UC pops are primarily Scientists, with Sociologists instead of Curious. Anti-militarists should probably stay, if not, might as well put Sociologists instead of it, and keep Curious.
Starting UC hero's description doesn't exactly fit Scientists, and they have two other Scientists already, so it should probably stay as is, or the starting hero should be replaced with one of the Scientists.
3) Also Unfallen are left without a Pacifist hero, which in my opinion they still should still have, so I wonder if Thustrellen could be made into a Pacifist. Normally he's an Industrialist, but there's frankly no tie to it in the descriotion.

I've been messing a bit with effects of anomalies, and came upon one I think could be changed, but I lack the skills, so I though that I might as well post here.

Anomaly "Long Seasons" (Negative) reduces Food and Dust yields by 1 per pop. It's description though, states: "While this is fascinating for scientific experiment, it is difficult for agriculture and makes everyday life stressful."

So I think that instead of reducing Dust, it should boost Science by +1 per pop, but reduce Approval by 2 per pop. That would make it a mixed anomal, and that would need and Alleviated and Enhanced version. Judging by other Enhanced Mixed anomalies, it should probably grant +3 Science per pop.

I know it's really minor, but there's no harm in at least posting this here I hope.

This might be a silly question, but I've seen some other similar mods make it so you can still get achievements while playing with a mod. Playing on a mac, is that at all possible with ESG? No worries if not, it looks like a great balancer!

@cõck That is a known bug with Balanced Galaxy Generation, it happens often enough that I'm not comfortable fully releasing the mod until we can fix it.

got a curious bug - on the entire map not a single strategic resource spawned. all default settings, with galaxy large(balanced)

@Cottontail The only thing that really changes when you adjust the minor faction difficulty is the size of their fleets. Turn down their difficulty if you don't like the fleet size. Also, generally speaking, their ships are pretty terrible and can't be upgraded, unlike the Academy ships, which scale very heavily based off of the phase of the game.

I've been liking this (long time gone, coming back) but are minor civs supposed to have giant armies? I wouldn't mind if the army wasn't gifted on assimilation but basically getting a free academy army (3 11 cp armies with 3 mid-size ships at around turn 40 in a normal speed game) just sucks. Is this a setting?
