Decorative Ropes

Description
Decorative ropes and surfaces for your buildings. Still a work in progress -- more materials will likely be added in the future.

Features
- Better performance than the vanilla ropes when used for decoration
- Change how tight ropes are with the scroll wheel
- Small and large ropes
- You can create patches of cloth/canvas in addition to ropes

Limitations
- Can only create ropes and surfaces within a single grid. You can't connect two different grids together.

I don't have a chain texture, but if I did I would consider adding one.

Just a friendly question: do you consider adding decorative chains as variation apart from ropes?
