How do we go abouts bringing over models from GMod or otherwise on to SFM?

you can copy them into your SFM mod, but you will likely hit compatibility issues depending on which assets you're porting.

I am having issues downloading SFM, when I try to install it from the main page, it gets to the point where it says "Prepping SFM files for install" and then I get an error message that says "Connection timeout"

how can I fix this?

Will keyframe animation be added to SFM sometime in the future? This other method just seems to get too messy and confusing after a bit. I'm still trying to learn it and work with it, but having a keyframe alternative would just help so much.

Yeah I actually meant to come back and delete that post. I went back into the tutorials and re-watched that one. Things are SO much smoother now.

When I'm using SFM, the viewport is really laggy. The Game View, however, runs perfectly fine. Can anybody help? I don't want to wait for the full release just to do some little edits to Meet the Heavy.

When I try to record my characters (Using F11 to position them, then press record) I can move, shoot and jump, but then when i press ESC when im done, then play it back, it just shows them stand there where i pressed ESC. I tryed going to the BEGINNING of the shot and they were still standing in the same spot. Please help.
