i need help how do i fix this
so I've log in to SFM today and all my models bis is all messed up.

instead of the arms going like collar, upper, lower and hand it go upper hand collar and lower and for the legs it has gotten rid of the toe and replaced it with the heal.

how do i set it back to normal.
