Back when I started this list, Steam Workshop was up and running. Currently (as of 28th June 2024) it is disabled. Some links will still point to Steam Workshop. This mod will disable the camera overlay, leaving you with a cleaner view. There is an option in UMM Menu (ctrl+f10) to disable letterboxing as well.

Allows picking the visual equipment for a slot separately from actual equipment.

Disables automatic full restoration of wounds after combat.

Makes the Navigator, Tech-Priest and Adepta Sororitas origins pickeable for your Rogue Trader at Game Start. This might also enable you to recruit multiple Navigators mercenaries.
Player Gender Override[github.com]
While the base game allows you to set your character's voice independently of their body type, your character's gender is determined based on your chosen body type (I = male, II = female). With this mod, you can override this behaviour.

Eyes of Joyeuse will give psy rating for your Iconoclast or Heretical levels instead of Dogmatic.

Edits Heinrix’s romance dialogue to detect your character’s gender rather than using she/her pronouns by default. If you romance Heinrix as a male Rogue Trader using Toybox’s Love is Free feature, he uses the correct pronouns for your character. Works by replacing Language text files.
