UI text enlargement mod?

Is there a UI text enlarger mod out there? I've had a look and i can't seem to find any. My eyesight isn't great and it is quite hard to comfortably read the text/see icons in the game.

yes, I have good eyes ^^ and it feels like a pain in the (you know where) to find my factories or depleted mines.
Would be nice to have icons somewhere where you can click on and it jumps for you to the buildings... something like that, though I don't want to complain so hard, this game is awesome. I can see future dlc where we get to colonize Moons of Jupiter or Saturn, maybe Pluto ... or Star Trek / stargate mods :D
