I'll definitely look into the textures because that's a good point.
Obviously this hat is superglued on like the Pyromancer's Mask.
The Pyro may or may not be a girl.
aaaannnnd, falcon wooper, scissor knives sound painful.
This looks like a Dota2 item or something. All the elaborate decoration doesn't fit the TF2 style. TF2 is not a fantasy MMORPG.
It doesn't even look functional as a helmet. (Hint: Real-life helmets that were used in combat instead of in parades did *not* have large bits like wings or horns sticking out, because one hit of the enemy's weapon sliding across the helmet would either knock the damn thing off the wearer's head, or more likely break the wearer's neck.) Not to mention if this was real, the balance would be off.
And the white/silver plus yellow/gold textures don't look like metal. For such a peacock-like Fantasy-style item, you should use shiny metal textures. Look at the Weather Master promo hat.
