has issue with too many seaguls lagging my game when placed like 10 in one area

Does it give entertainment bonus? The stats dont´t show up on the tooltip, but it looks like it rises up the luxury rate of nearby buildings.

I like this diddy one - it's ideal for a string of 3x1 or 4x1 odd tiles around the edges of some of my RCI
