my main concern is if valve adds this, will they even give it the restriction? I mean, probably, but make ogre iirc didnt despite the creator intending for it to be restricted, so I am a tad bit concerned of that possibility lol

I don't get the critique of this being paintable, considering that Pyro has had a paintable head cosmetic ever since the Foster's Facade. Also, this cosmetic has team colored parts all around the collar that are not affected by paint.

anyway i forgot to actually comment on the item: i'm honestly tired of balloonicorn as a concept (workshop ran with it too much, like some other trends. remember when pocket items were the hot new thing to make?), but this is so goofy i kinda love it. this is the culmination of many years of balloonicorn items, the fifth horseman of the apocalypse, fear his terrible reign
