Yes you can use CUP and the vehicles mod without this compatibility just fine.
My vehicles are balanced around vanilla values and as such quite similar to CUP by default.
This mod will move all vehicles from my other mod and put them into the CUP UA faction instead of creating a new faction. It also adjust balancing a bit to fit CUP better.
Okay actually you will need to update the mod, I found an issue in the main mod that caused popup errors when placing CUP Strikers. And since a new vehicle was added you will need to update both, main mod and this compat one.

I checked it ingame and it seems to work fine, no update needed :)
I will switch the requirements to default CUP and you should be good to go.
Once the current devbuild is published into the live version yes, before then, no.
