I have a powerful PC but when I throw a monitor, frame rates drop to 1 frame every 10 seconds, which goes on for 30 seconds before finally going back to normal. Idk why this happens

I'm having trouble with mine. It freezes the game when the monitor come in contact with an ent or wall. If it supost to be a time slow effect how can I turn it off?
