I have the same thing
Evan 3 Nov, 2012 @ 6:36pm
It seems that sometimes the blacksmiths will randomly not initiate conversation with you no matter what. They just say "Need Something?" and nothing else. Just wanted to say a possible glitch

@netherwalk ATM all 3 are just chillin at the 3 house locations
netherwalk 24 Oct, 2012 @ 11:56am
do you purchace this merchant like the bard or is he standing around the location even before you buy the house.
Evan 23 Oct, 2012 @ 2:15pm
My god, this is one of the most useful mods i have ever seen. Ore-finding is annoying and vendors overcharge a lot
flyingblueice 20 Oct, 2012 @ 7:15am
also make the novice mage just to the north, in the circle of stones, stay dead, i dont want someone like that near my family :p
Bradknight1994 19 Oct, 2012 @ 11:24pm
but anyways ill give this mod a try i always thought why cant they have added this stuff in the main addon
Bradknight1994 19 Oct, 2012 @ 11:23pm
@Brandybuck if u think about it iron ore gos for six septims if your buying bars are 12 a pop u can get 2x as many bars from smelting ore at half the cost skyrim makes u think about this stuff man
Tkachenko  [author] 19 Oct, 2012 @ 3:29pm
@johan.simon allready in the works lol just didnt want to say more than i was able to do workin on a couple projects at same time im workin on making the people staff for your homestead servants and more
Han 19 Oct, 2012 @ 8:11am
nice idea, now its like there are people living around my manor!
here's an idea: to make a little settlement close to the manor, by the road, as if you were a lord over that settlement!
Tkachenko  [author] 18 Oct, 2012 @ 7:55pm
updated to include more ore removed processed ingots
Tkachenko  [author] 18 Oct, 2012 @ 7:39pm
@brandybuck ya thats not exactly why i did this its not just for iron but ill up the iron ore count on him hes not a smithing merchant tho hes a smithing materials merchant
Brandybuck 18 Oct, 2012 @ 5:13pm
I don't really need a smith merchant, I just need an option for my steward to go buy more iron! :-)
Tkachenko  [author] 18 Oct, 2012 @ 3:37pm
as of the current publish ive only tested the lakeview house if other can test the other two and let me know there working would be helpful - i think ill include a slight chance for glass horns hides and straw to the next publish as well comments are apreciated
Tleno 18 Oct, 2012 @ 6:55am
That sounds like a nice feature indeed!
Tkachenko  [author] 18 Oct, 2012 @ 6:24am
merchant at each house has randon ores and ingots often has premade nails for sale and a slight chance for fittings hinges locks, this is a bare bones mod but ill be expanding on it as time permits
