Fixed Hole 13 - reset area was over goal

Added some reset areas, fixed lamps and added event on one hole.

Changelog
Hole 6:
-Fixed playarea at the brick wall. Now you will be reset when you land in a gap.
Hole 8:
-Added walls at the end to simplify the hole.
Hole 9:
-Fixed dirt area beneath the wooden bridge.

Known issues
Hole 4:
-Starting point on the log does not look nice, but without the small piece of track the ball would roll down.
-There is an invisible resetting zone between the start and the hole; it has to be there so you can not skip too much.
