In this guide you will learn how to fix a game when:

1. Your custom characters will be removed from the game:

2. Your game crashing when you joining the multiplayer match
3. Your game just don't launch

How to fix the game?

All you need to do is:

1. Go to steam/steamapps/common/Transformers Fall of Cybertron/TransGame/Config/PC/Cooked and delete coalesced.ini file

2. Go to steam/steamapps/common/Transformers Fall of Cybertron/TransGame/SaveData and delete .customchar file

3. Go to library and follow the steps on screenshots:

Then:

Your missing files will be download from steam and game will be fixed!

What to do when the game still not works?

You need to replace coalesced.ini and .customchar file to original ones

Download here[drive.google.com]

Go to Steam/steamapps/common/Transformers Fall of Cybertron/TransGame/Config/PC/Cooked and replace coalesced.ini to original one
Then go to Steam/steamapps/common/Transformers Fall of Cybertron/TransGame/SaveData and replace .customchar file

Remember to rename PlayerName.customchar file to your latest file name

Hey, I installed the two files and it said that I failed to sign in to Multiplayer and the Escalation. Can you help me out with this please?

Wrec Nexus i have the same problem only all my characters are gone or locked or something i tried reinstalling i tried doing a file integrity check through steam and it still isnt there ... can u help??

im missing 3 of my characters and my game allows multiplayer yet the last character i can customise isnt even what my character is so i get alll 4 character but there not mine a i cant customise them and im missing the 3 characters i tryed many methods and this except from what biocreator said is there a way i can fix this have my character and customise them and use them?
