If I follow this guide to get to the Toa route then I don't get the choice "Reply with a joke./Praise her efforts." It's just skipped. But I get to Toa's route nevertheless.

after I have completed the game using this guide there were still missing one CG and Mihiro's achievement. But later it happens to me that it's not mach a problem: after The End you need to select "Continue" from the title screen to see extra chapter (this will add last CG and you will catch Mihiro's and "All Chapter" achievements).

I managed to realize the format of this guide, however you should probably separate the common route until the pivotal points, rather than lump it into kaoruko's route. You should really explain in the introduction that you're setting up for all the routes to be accessible off of a couple of saves. You should also increase the font for the save points a lot and leave a note recommending a hard save at that choice.
