Well this is pretty self explanatory, you need to have 2h10 on this game, now i tried let the game run on main menu while i was doing something else and the achievement didn't unlock, so i assume that need to be on the actual game.

Ok again self explanatory, but when i started playing i though would lot harder to kill the other guys but nop, all you have to is, farm money and buy the red bullet, then you can kill them in 2 hits.
