Perfect Prison

This prison is not the first prison that I am uploading but it is also a smooth running prison as it sits. It releases and intakes prisoners daily. The intake is ALL minimum security and then the punishments are setup so that as prisoners misbehave, they go up in security level and the regime becomes less free. There are good behavior cells that have almost everything you could possibly put in them. My thought process on the good behavior cells is that if a maximum or normal security prisoner behaves well and gets in to the good behavior cell, then I would lower their security level depending. There were 5 escapes at the start due to having a rough start but no escapes since then. Recidivism is zero percent at the moment and no deaths so far either. Everything is turned on except for fog of war and failure conditions. Hope you have fun with this and put your own touch on it as needs expansion(holds 118 prisoners and high prisoner turnover rate).
