I prefer playing with keyboard and mouse, so if you're using a controller you might not want reading this.
This guide will help you, to control your protagonist better. There are tooltips in the game, but why wait?!
If you are persistent enough, you should be able to beat the game and get all achievements within 30 minutes.

Arrow keys:

up = speedboost

down = stop

left = rotate environment clockwise / move to left side

right = rotate environment counter clockwise / move to right side

enter = enter/ activate

You can activate some events with the left mouse button.
While in a turret, fire with right mouse button and leave turrets with the middle.
Rotate the turret with left and right arrow keys.

Hint

Be curious and be cooperativ.
There are sceenes with your protagonist standing in a room (probably a nuthouse).

After someone knocks on the wall, you have to knock back.

When he asks you about your name, you have to tell him.

Here is some kind of easter egg: Ignore him and he will tell you a little story.

At the end of the game, when the doc asks you if you wanna know the truth, just say yes.

General tip
Halt your bug whenever you can with the down-arrow-key, to change the walking direction.

It's not a "problem", it's a possible explanation to Rawphoric's confusion as to the controls of the game.

The bug just stands still if the gamepad is plugged into the computer, even if it is turned off in the settings. I had to unplug the gamepad and play with the keyboard in order to get this game to work properly. Strange bug.

I don't think you need those 2 GB Ram for the game.

It just stays in one place. However, it worked on my mom's laptop which is kinda trash (ike 2 GB RAM) but I will 100% it later.

Make sure you use the keyboard to play. Arrow keys should be default.
